Privacy policy
The short, plain version of how we handle your information.
Who we are
BeLocal Hill Country is run by BeLocal NW & Hill Country magazine, published by Julie Olsen.
What we collect
Your email address, and your town if you choose to share it. We collect these through the signup forms on this site, our event submission form, and Facebook and Instagram lead ads. We also keep basic, anonymous site analytics (like page visits) that don't identify you.
How we use it
Only to send you the BeLocal Thursday email, to run the weekly Pinchy's gift card drawing, and to reply to event submissions.
Who delivers our email
Our emails are sent through beehiiv, our email service, which stores your email address to deliver them.
We never sell your information
We never sell or rent your email or any other information to anyone.
Unsubscribe anytime
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
